Excellent, successful service from start to finish!

Denby Greenwich green pasta bowls. knowing what I wanted, I easily found them on the on-line list. Obviously the names and photographs helped. I rang and placed my order with a very helpful lady. Ever hopeful, I also asked if Chinasearch had any Royal Grafton "China Blue" can shaped mugs. (made approximately in the 1990s, which had sold well in Japan! I'm not so sure they sold too well in the U.K.) The response was no and although it would be unlikely that any would appear, the lady said she could log my details and request. The extremely well packaged and new pasta bowls arrived when promised and I am delighted. Thank you.
