I just couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to buy 2 replacement saucers. they arrived beautifully wrapped, left where I had asked for them to be left and about 48 hours after I placed my order. Fantastic.

The service associated with the purchase was excellent, The follow up delivery information is non existent, I was informed by sales that my goods would leave UK on 29th April 13 it is now 18th of May and I have no information on dispatch, dispatch method or documentation.
