I ordered a saucer from them only to find out upon arrival that it was the wrong size. I emailed them and found out the one I wanted was very rare and they didn't have it in stock so they took my details in the hope they may find one in future.

Use them again because Chinasearch appears to be the sole remaining UK company in this field out of the six original such organisations. The rest have sold out to the US, who not only charge grossly but will only sell you a cup AND saucer, not individual items.
