Amazing Customer Service

I have been missing one piece from a 40 year old dinner service for many years. Had to wait a while for it to become available but it arrived so quickly and packed in a very environmentally friendly way. Very impressed. I have got a few pieces in the past and have no hesitation recommending this company. After 40 years I still love using my china for family celebrations
