Purchase made to complete entire dinner/tea service

I would certainly buy from them again-the service was excellent from start to finish.I wanted some Royal Albert Lavender Rose dinner and pudding plates and asked for definition of good and very good.Kay checked out the plates whilst I was on the phone and explained how they might differ.I ordered and they came very well packed with tons of protection.I am thrilled with them and would have no hesitation ordering again.
