Very good personalised service as always

Very good personalised service, as always. The plate I wanted was from the Denby Chatsworth range, where there is individual variation on each one. Mel went to a lot of trouble sending photos of the stock, and looking at my photos of plates I already own, to try and match the one which would appeal best. She chose perfectly and I am delighted!
