Very professional and reliable

I ordered two royal Worcester trios and found a minor chip on the rim of each cup- something that was very hard to notice but still I was not happy because I knew they were there. They were very accommodating and refunded my money because they knew I wasn’t satisfied. I have ordered plates from them before and there service and products have been outstanding.
