A delighted customer

After an item wasn't available when I ordered other dishes a few months ago, I asked to be emailed if it became available. They did so and I had my remaining item within days. They provide an efficient and excellent service, with descriptions of quality being very accurate in my experience. My original dishes are 35 years old and after a few breakages, I once again have a complete set, with the 'new' ones in much better condition than my original ones.
