This was my first time of using this firm. It was very easy to find what I was looking for and to place my order. I was given a date for delivery and indeed I received my order on the date given. I will certainly use this company again.

The item ordered was to replace a item that got broken. The replacement was excellent as I thought it would be hard to replace the broken item as the set of china is 50 years old so I was really pleased to be able to get a replacement.
