Deserves more than Five Stars

Deserves more than Five Stars! The web site was clear and ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt with items well packaged. However there was an unexpected problem, totally unforeseeable. My phone call to explain was dealt with courteously and efficiently and a replacement item was dispatched within hours. There were follow up emails to check all was well. Truly excellent service!
