Excellent, even though it took time to find the service pieces. Heritage is an old service so it takes time to find good replacements.

Because when I first ordered some replacements they were not readily available but the lady who helped me went out of her way to locate some replacement dishes AND EVENTUALLY FOUND SOME SEVERAKL WEEKS LATER.
