Very good for finding what you need even over a long period of time.

I was kept on their records for a long time and they found what I needed. I was told that I would receive a text on the morning of delivery and that I would be able to tell the delivery man where I wanted my parcel to be left. This did not happen. I had asked at the point of buying if I could leave a delivery message and was told firmly that I could not. A better system here would help.
