Very efficient with a great price for my pattern replacement

Excellent experience. I am in the U.S. and found the replacement piece I needed on the internet through a Google search. The price was more reasonable than other sources, even after shipping costs to the U.S. I called them to confirm some of the shipping arrangements and they were efficient and friendly. The bowl arrived quickly and in perfect shape.
