Excellent response as soon as the Worcester came into stock both by telephone and email. I had placed the request a whole ago and forgotten about it, so it was a lovely surprise to receive the message to say the items I was looking for were now in stock. They arrived promptly and were wrapped exceptionally well to prevent breakages.
