They kept my request for a discontinued,& v hard to find, crockery design on their books for a number of years. Contacted me & were accommodating in their payment & delivery timescale as I was away on holiday when they notified me that they a supply of the required bowls. I will certainly use Chinasearch again for difficult-to-find items.
