Excellent Service

The service was very efficient and easy to use. The item was received in perfect condition. My only quibble is that your system addresses me as Lindsey because I had it sent to another address. I am surprised that you cannot differentiate between the person who orders and pays for it and the person to whom it is delivered (as a gift.)
