Brilliant service!

I had broken a teapot which was given to my husband and I as a wedding present 34 years ago. Naturally I was upset and wanted very much to find a replacement. I can't fault your service, from my initial phone call to the superbly packed parcel arriving at my door. The tracking information on the whereabouts of the parcel was also very helpful.
