Non response to first feedback message.

You asked me a while ago for Feedback on my order, and I replied then that I couldn't leave any as my order had not yet arrived. There was no response to this feedback, and by the time I contacted you to say I still didn't have my order, the implication was that it had been too long to expect the delivery driver to recall what happened to my parcel.

I am sorry that is was only yesterday that we understood that you had not received your order. We are in contact with Parcel Force and they are currently looking into to what has happened with your parcel. We are working to resolve this issue and will get back to you as soon as possible.
