Excellent service

The website is really easy to use. The items were really well priced. I was going to be in the area so collected my purchase. Free parking is available outside. The shop/warehouse is inviting, clean bright and well laid out. The staff welcoming and friendly offering me a tea/coffee. They also checked I had the correct items as I purchased a tea cup but coffee saucers. Really helpful. The standard and quality of the items are as described on their site. My china pattern is 40 years old so an excellent find for me. I browsed the shelves and was left to take my time. They have lots of great gift items along with the China patterns match service.
