easy to use website

I bought a plate for my set, it was easy to locate on the website and easy to make the purchase. I had a tea set which I offered for sale. It wasn't required but the response was swift and clear. The plate arrived well wrapped and in good condition. The only glitch was that it was delivered to someone else, although the address was clear on the package. A woman turned up at my door and said it had been delivered to her by mistake. I didn't think to ask her where she was from but she was in a car.
