A unique and much valued service!

Last year I phoned up to ask if they had a lid for my Denby "Daybreak pattern" casserole dish which had broken. It was a wedding present from an old friend. Chinasearch did not have it in stock at the time but took a note of my number and said they would call me if one came in. More than 6 months later they called back to say they had one and did I still want it! What a fantastic service. I paid for it over the phone and it arrived a few days later - and packed so carefully in bubble wrap and cardboard. Now I have a complete, casserole dish with a perfect unbroken lid again.
