Chinasearch realised that I had ordered the same order 3 times as I had tried to use Paypal and clicked twice and as I received no confirmation, then went back to Chinasearch and put the same order in and paid by card. Thankfully the lady at Chinasearch realised something was wrong and rang me immediately and arranged a refund. Great service!
