Only one slight criticism,when you notify customer that pieces that I am looking for are now available please say which pieces it is that I have requested a search for and that are now available, as in most cases several pieces are being searched for and any delay on my part can result in missing the opportunity to buy vital missing pieces, as happened in my case, because within 8hrs of notification those pieces had been sold to another customer before I could check my tea set and place an order. Otherwise excellent service as always.
