I just find it terribly expensive, especially to have things mailed to Canada as well. There is another N American china replacement site I use that charges way less for the pattern I am looking for, but their stock is sporadic.It does not make sense since it is British china. But I was surprised at how prompt the service was - 2-3 days I think.
