The mug arrived very securely packaged & clearly marked "Fragile", so it wasn't thrown onto my doorstep like the last package I received via the Cyprus post! Also Chinasearch have been very good about letting me know when the item I wanted was in stock, & it was dispatched very promptly after I'd placed my order.

My husband bought six of the series more than thirty years ago, so now they're starting to get a little chipped. But they are very robust, like most Denby ware, & very attractive, so I'm really grateful to Chinasearch for getting me two (so far) additional ones.
