Emailed and telephoned to let me know 2 coffee cups had come in, I ordered the one marked 'in excellent condition' and it arrived in a few days, beautifully packed and indeed 'in excellent condition'! Staff were helpful and very pleasant and this cup has enabled me to complete my set of cups and saucers after breaking one cup years ago.
