I bought some Royal Doulton Caprice from Chinasearch two or three years ago. At the time there were no small bowls available but Chinasearch said they would inform me when any became available. As good as their word! I was regularly informed over the intervening period, and asked if I wished the company to continue their search which, it transpires, was successful. I don't know of any other company that would exercise such diligence. Chinasearch genuinely provides first class customer service. I would certainly trade with the company again, and recommend others to do so.
