Really clear website with pretty decent availability. The crockery arrived in good time, packaged efficiently but effectively. Expensive - but as someone on their website said, they've got you over a barrel. I've still got a couple of things on search (the first time I've used it) and haven't heard anything so have to reserve judgement on that service.

Exactly the same as my existing set, can't tell the difference. Was marked on the site as being very good quality and it is.
