They were amazing, it must be almost a decade since we approached them about our Noritaki dinner coffee service an d to have them telephone and leave a message was simply astonishing. Our early inquiries was based on purely adding to the service to make it larger to facilitate bigger dinner parties but since time has passed the need for this had diminished. However they rang to say they had a milk jug and sugar bowl and by sheer coincidence we had broken our sugar bowl inquiries and we wee pleased to take both as one never knows. These arrived safely within the time frame as quoted and we were very happy with their efforts.D Wright
