The service is excellent, the site is easy to use, and it doesn't matter that you live abroad. the articles are wrapped up very well . we have had several boxes sent overseas and never was anything damaged ore broken. Track an trace is also very handy . telephone contact is good aswell , when they say they'll ring back they do within the arranged time
