Smooth and efficient order process and a healthy discount!

Using the Chinasearch website was very easy by following a link in the email which Chinasearch sent me. As a previous customer my details were available; since my last purchase I had changed address..this was easy to amend. Placing the order was very simple and I receive an email confirming my order details. I received an email confirming the despatch of my order and an expected date for the Parcelforce delivery. On the day of delivery Parcelforce confirmed via text an expected delivery time..as I was not at home I was able to select delivery to a neighbour and was duly informed by Parceforce the name and address of the neighbour srlected. All went smoothly and I was fully informed throughout the order process. And best of all the Chinasearch sale gave me a very good discount of about 60%!
