There web site and ordering facilities for the product I required was very clear and easy to navigate. My order arrived well packed and, although one item was damaged, a replacement was dispatched promptly and arrived in good time too. Telephone call to the office was dealt with very professionally and the staff were very helpful with further enquiries regarding other products.
