Time consuming purchase.

My purchase was a success, However, I would say that the website is very difficult to navigate and took me a long time to complete my purchase. Tried several times to insert my email address for confirmation of purchase but this was not posssible and in the end I gave up. My questions were answered in a subsequent email. Because of this it was a time consuming purchase. Items that I ordered arrived, hence my statement above « successful purchase ». The company must improve the presentation of their website.
