Excellent Service

The Customer Experience they provide is unparalleled. I can't say enough regarding their responsiveness and actually following through on suggestions I made regarding packing and overseas shipment of ordered items. Unfortunately the items I ordered arrived damaged, and I contacted them and provided photographs of the damaged items, explaining that the box was not damaged and that I thought the packing was not as robust as I would expect for shipment overseas to the States. They replaced what they could and the next shipment was packed extremely well and I saw that they had followed through on my suggestions. I'm hoping they obtain other items from my pattern as I found my experience with them very pleasant and professional.
