Excellent Service

I had been waiting to acquire a Real Old Willow jug for sometime. Having found one Kaye rang me up to let me know. It arrived very quickly, well packaged and perfect, I’m so pleased. I also mailed Kaye shortly after to ask if it was at all possible if she could find me a large, oval, plain white, bone China teapot. I’d been searching for one for years without luck and desperately wanted to replace my beloved one that had a cracked lid. Within a day she’d located one! Not identical to ours but very close. That also arrived safely and well packed. Nothing was too much trouble, from regular email updates to phone calls. Excellent personalised customer service. Such a caring and professional company.
