Give the impression they want to wash hands of any delivery problems

On dispatch I received an email saying that the items had been sent by Royal Mail and that they would 'try to help' if they hadn't arrived in 2 weeks. RM don't have a 2-week service for the UK, and if the items don't arrive then that is the sender's problem, not mine. If there had been any loss or damage, Chinasearch would have had to refund me and then take it up direct with RM, not 'assist' me in MY claim with RM. I'm not RM's customer in this transaction. You get this all the time with ebay sellers but it's not the law, and it left a very sour taste in the mouth. I won't return.

Our dispatch email states - If your order has not arrived within 14 days do not hesitate to get in touch - we will do everything to help. Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch occasionally it can take longer. Royal Mail ask us to wait 14 days to allow for delays or misplaced orders.We ask that you contact us rather than Royal Mail so that we can sort it out for you.
