The service was very good, but I did find the web page a bit frustrating in that there are photos of all the things I wanted to buy, but when I examined the photo slot it said 'not available' - these were many pictures of cups in the design I collect, not one was available.

Thank you for your feedback. Our stocklist shows all the items we have found in the past. We may not always have stock in but will still show the line so customers can put themselves on search. We will then let them know when we get stock in. There is no charge for this service. We are still looking for a number of items for you.  
Spode Herring's Hunt Dinner Plate
We use Spode Hunting scenes ion a daly basis - this plate in perfect condition, if only you could find tea cups (as these tend to be the ones we have lost through breakages) - and don't raise hopes by putting lots on the selection info. with the words not available!
