Excellent customer service

Excellent, We came to find a dish to complete our service but although the same range ,it had an extra inner platinum rim and did not match the rest of our set. My husband said I don't suppose it could be rubbed out and the receptionist ( sorry cant remember your name)said actually yes and she went ahead and rubbed out the inner rim. It came up very well so very happy with customer service.
