Excellent service, plate was in perfect condition and sent very quickly

I ordered a tea/side/bread and butter plate from you, it was a 6.1/8th. Your team rang me to say that the plate did not come up to their standards and as i was not altogether sure that i had order the correct size i asked if i could have the 7inch plate instead. This came very quickly and was absolutely perfect. My bother and sister-in-law were thrilled to have this plate not expecting it to be replaced after my daughter-in-law had broken it. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE - I will probably have to use you again in the future.
