Great to buy discontinued crockery but frustrating delivery charges

I am delighted with the items I have purchase. The only reason I have for not giving more stars is the continuing issue about delivery charges to mainland Scottish Highlands. I realise these are Parcelforce rules and charges but perhaps you could consider changing your carrier for areas such as ours. I am also reliably informed that if you use Parcelforce 'off account', i.e. take to the counter, there would be no additional charge
