Very friendly customer service via phone. Sadly I was after a piece that I was told was very unlikely to come in for the foreseeable future; but I was able to find an alternative on their website. Purchase through their site was very easy, delivery was quick and the packing was outstanding - minimal chance of any damage in transit.
