Always helpful. Have used them for years and have gradually increased my six person posh dinner set to ten or even more. Everyone should have two gravy boats. I also have now got five tureens which get used every time the set comes out. The website is great and makes it so simple to order from. The packaging always makes us laugh. It's so amazing but nothing has ever arrived broken and mostly when I've ordered stuff it's here within the week. I've recommended this company to anyone who will listen so much so that I really should be on their payroll!!
