Fast delivery and efficient packaging but lack of communication

My parcel of china arrived within days and was very well packaged. I was very pleased with it, it was immaculate. What let them down was communication. I had no confirmation of my order or payment via email. I was about to go online the day the parcel arrived to check that my order had been received. I was not advised when my parcel would be sent or that it was on its way. Especially as it was china I wanted to make sure I was in to receive it. Very luckily my neighbour took it in and treated it well. So lack of communication let them down for me.

We have looked into this and can see from the Mail system logs that we sent an order conformation email at 12:17 on the 21st then a dispatch email at 6pm on the 24th. Both emails were accepted by BT’s email servers. I suggest you check your spam / junk folders.
Thank you for your response. I have gone back and checked all of my folders including spam/junk and I can categorically assure you that I have never received an email of any kind from you. I would very much like to apologise and say in this instance it's my fault but unfortunately am unable to do so.
