Fast delivery and efficient packaging but lack of communication

My parcel of china arrived within days and was very well packaged. I was very pleased with it, it was immaculate. What let them down was communication. I had no confirmation of my order or payment via email. I was about to go online the day the parcel arrived to check that my order had been received. I was not advised when my parcel would be sent or that it was on its way. Especially as it was china I wanted to make sure I was in to receive it. Very luckily my neighbour took it in and treated it well. So lack of communication let them down for me.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad your order arrived safely. We have looked into this and can see from the Mail system logs that we sent an order conformation email at 12:17 on the 21st then a dispatch email at 6pm on the 24th. Both emails were accepted by BT’s email servers. I suggest you check your spam / junk folders.

Thank you for your response. I have gone back and checked all of my folders including spam/junk and I can categorically assure you that I have never received an email of any kind from you. I would very much like to apologise and say in this instance it's my fault but unfortunately am unable to do so.
