Perfect in a respects

The china arrived when they said it would, it was beautifully packed ensuring that it arrived in perfect condition. The condition of the china purchased was excellent, much better than the remaining pieces that I have. The staff are so helpful and provide what one hopes for in terms of service but so rarely achieves. What more could I ask - full marks and a bouquet!
