Ordering was quick and easy and professionally done. The china arrived as promised and tracking it's progress was simple. The packing was astounding. So much newspaper! No chance of a breakage. The china was first class. The only very slight problem was removing the little green stickers on each piece. Thank goodness for Sticky Stuff Remover!
