Does what they say they do

Some years ago I ask them to look for a particular make of china. Since then on two separate occassions they have phoned me to say they have some stock in and am I interested. So I have been able to add to my collection over the years even though it is discontinued. They are providing an excellent service, doiing exactly what they say they do. Can be an unusual exoerience with large companies nowadays
