Swift, helpful, courteous, great condition

Mel Floyd at Chinasearch was particulary helpful. I couldn't make my order online as I live in Germany, but she did it for me quickly over the phone. She was courteous and kind. I ordered 3 bowls to replace the 3 which had been broken from our dinner service. The condition of the bowls when they arrived was pretty immaculate, better than ours (which are 17 years old!). I was recommended Chinasearch when my bowls were broken and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement piece of crockery.
