Everything is great except for the expensive delivery cost.

Yes, I bought the Royal Doulton pieces and received them. They were well packaged; so, survived the delivery to New Zealand. The pieces were in as good a condition as my dinner set I was adding them too. But, and there is always a but, the delivery charges to NZ double the cost of buying anything. I suggest, if a person is paying a certain amount (say 100 English pound) delivery should be free. Another English website that delivers its goods throughout the world does that YOur delivery charges put one off purchasing any more.
