Does all the china match?
The collection is built around being mix and match due to the age
of the product, but also because it looks great like this. We have
worked very hard to make sure that all the pieces complement each
Do we have to clean the china ourselves?
No you don't, because the china is old it is therefore unsuitable
for dishwashers. All we ask of you is to clear away any food residue
and give it a rinse, and we will do the rest.
Can I pick my own china?
We carefully select and choose each individual piece for you. You
are very welcome to visit Chinasearch to view the selection a few
days prior to delivery.
What happens if an item is broken, damaged or lost?
We ask you to pay a damage deposit, which is not banked until all
the china is returned and checked. If there has been any loss or
damage it will be deducted from your deposit. Details of damage cost
are provided at the time of booking and are also available to view
within the Terms & Conditions.
For how long can I hire items?
The standard hire time is 3 or 4 days, particularly if the great
event falls over a weekend. If you wish to hire for longer, this can
be organised whilst making the booking.
What happens after I've confirmed my requirements?
We will send a contract and confirmation letter for you to
sign & return along with your deposit cheque. Once these are
returned your booking will be confirmed.
