Adams Ming Toi - Pink

Adams & Sons was purchased by Wedgwood January 1st 1966 and they continued to produce and design new patterns under Adams under Wedgwood. Ming Toi – Pink originated from Adams & Sons Ming Toi – Blue range. In this design the Calyx Ware pattern used romantic light pink and vibrant green and yellow colours for the oriental design of blossoms growing from the tree and a bird flying by. The range completed by two tan borders broken up by separate geometric designs and panels combining oriental flowers. In production from 1969 until 1979 when Britain’s cleaner air requirement came into effect and production on the pattern ceased.
