1. This offer is limited to customers where both pick-up and delivery addresses for tableware are within the UK, excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly (post codes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25).
  2. The Trade-In offer only applies if you are selling tableware to us at the same time that you are buying tableware from us.
  3. The tableware you are buying from us will be reserved for you for up to 3 weeks from the point of acceptance of our offer for your tableware. We must receive the tableware you wish to sell to us within this time, otherwise the tableware you are buying will be released for sale to others and the Trade-In offer will cease to apply.
  4. The sale of goods to you will be progressed when we have received your tableware in the condition agreed at the time our offer was accepted (see 5 below), at which point we will make payment to you in full, by cheque, for the tableware we have received. At that time we will also ask for payment from you for the tableware you are purchasing (net of any discount), either by card over the telephone (preferred) or by cheque. Once your payment has cleared, we will dispatch the goods to you. Your payment to us must be received within 2 weeks of our cheque issue to you, otherwise the tableware you are buying will be released for sale to others and the Trade-In offer will cease to apply.
  5. On receipt of your tableware, we reserve the right to reduce the value of our offer or reject the tableware if it is either not in the condition you indicated at the point of acceptance of our offer and/or is damaged as a result of not being packed according to our instructions (which are sent to you when an offer has been accepted). Any goods to be returned for either of these reasons may incur postage and packing charges.
